Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external cus-tomers.3、Considerable knowledge of English and Chinese4、To deliver medical products training, perceive the audience and modify the training method appropriately5、To understand customer needs and **** them to solutions6、Quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and complaints7、Communicate technically advanced subjects with customers on all levels8、Creative problem solving skills to help the organization achieve its ****ives9、Excellent interpersonal skills10、Excellent communication developed through customer contact11、Incorporating new technologies and quickly transfer expertise12、Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutionsJob De****ionMain Tasks1、Provide sales support in assigned regions to achieve budge for business unit (order, sales and GP).2、Develop, recommend and transfer best practice of selling strategy and approach, especially for priority product/s.3、Provide training to sales team (CZ and dealer) through content development and course delivery (including on-the-job training), especially in sales aspect.4、Work with product and sales management to develop regional luminary and reference site in assigned regions.5、Collect and report market information on competition activities, customer response, and technique trend in assigned regions.6、Participate in developing and executing marketing strategy, product positioning, and promotion program.7、Assist in developing sales aids, and organizing product demo,8、Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations.
