職位描述

主要職責(zé)/Key ResponsibilityChannel Management Policy and Process- Set clear resources, tasks and goals for managed dealers/ agents (i.e. propose discounts, commissions, rebates for dealers, area definitions and revision) in align with the company’s overall strategy- Implement channel processes (recruit, renew and terminate) and improve its efficiency continuously in align with the company’s strategy- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance ****ives,financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship- Map current Sales Channel Partners and align with target markets, where needed source andmanage new sales channels, including but not limited to Dealers, Web shops, E-shopsDealer Performance Tracking and Data Analysis- Implement a standardized, multi-dimensional dealer analytics to routinely assess performance, optimize territory coverage, and identify growth opportunity based on data analysis- Develop and maintain a suite of standardized dealer management reports and dashboards (eg. Power BI) for key metrics- Conduct deep-dive analysis into dealer`s sales trends, opportunities, win-loss etc.- Synthesize data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP) to provide a holistic view of channels- Support customer classification and the analysis of the customer/channel al**** based on data driven StrategyManagement of dealers/ agents- Drive annual dealer contract renew process and coordinate for approval at national level- Conduct regular dealer review meetings with Regional Sales teams for performance analysis, and generation of **** plan and assessment report if applicable- Be responsible for contract management in terms of pre-screening all partner/ dealers and endcustomer, document control and sales channel partner risk assessmentSystem Support and Coordination- Dealer Quoting tool and Power BI report regular maintenance- CRM system support- Coordinates the involvement of Dr?ger personnel, including customer support, sales, service, finance andmanagement resources, in order to meet partner performance ****ives and partners’ expectations
