主要職責(zé)：
- 負(fù)責(zé)工廠各項(xiàng)設(shè)施設(shè)備的檢查與維護(hù)，確保正常使用。
- 熟悉掌握工程，設(shè)備，水電，高低壓等相關(guān)知識(shí)。
- 遵循公司內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)SOP和WI。
- 協(xié)調(diào)各項(xiàng)廠務(wù)事宜，不斷優(yōu)化節(jié)能降耗措施。
- 具備與政府協(xié)調(diào)合作能力。
- 有外企廠務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，醫(yī)療背景優(yōu)先。

SUMMARY
The responsibilities of the facilities engineer are to (1) Coordinate maintenance activities for the building and facilities equipment, (2) coordinate preparation of facilities services for the IT and production equipment, (3) Installation of all office furniture and (4) all other tasks related to facilities as but not limited to hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems.

ESCENCIAL RESPONSBALITIES OF THE POSITION
· Follow Align Technology’s internal rules and regulations contained in the different SOPs and WI
· Pro-actively participate in all work related projects where facilities work is required.
· To coordinate s to constantly optimize and reduce the energy used in the facility.
· Oversees the attendance of all personal under his responsibility and the optimum use all of a materials used in facilities jobs
· Is responsible to oversee and coordinate all facilities contracts and to interact with all municipal offices of all buildings under the positions responsibility.
· Identifies, plans and coordinates all activities of all personnel under the positions responsibility by establishing and preventive maintenance program that includes but is not limited to the building and its services
· Is responsible for buying all material needed for building repairs, installations and all Jobs described above
· Responsible for all corrective and preventive work for the building and its services
· Responsible for the preventive and corrective work to maintain the Fire systems in optimum conditions.
· Responsible to coordinate the receipt, storage and process of all building maintenance requests from all other departments
· Develop work plans to meet deadlines requested by all other departments.
· Responsible to safeguard all equipment and tools under his and his personnel responsibility.
· Follow all policies establish to comply with all facilities regulations from the municipal, state and country offices
· Follow all policies established to comply with FM Global
· Safeguard all Align Technology IP
Other responsibilities:
· Meets all tasks and goals established by departmental managers
· Keeps the preventive and corrective maintenance records updated
· Keeps order and cleanliness for all work assigned to his department
· Keeps discipline and order from all personnel in his department

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each task successfully. The requirements listed below are a representation of his knowledge, abilities, skills and work ethic
EDUCACION y/o EXPERIENCIA
· Engineering degree.
· 3 to 5 years in similar position
· Knowledge and experience of high and low pressure compressed air equipment and systems, DI/RO systems, water-cooled HVAC systems, FM Global compliant fire systems is desirable
· Handling of relationship with Government agencies
· Knowledge of tendering process of the systems above and construction projects
· Management of AutoCAD or similar systems
· MS-Office
· Experience in managing facilities technicians
· Managing 24X7 operations desirable
· Managed facilities with consumption of 3,000+ KVAs
· Managed facilities with consumption of 400+ HP compressed air systems
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES
OPEN FOR CN HR to add local licenses needed – if any
REQUIRED KSAs
· Relevant to the necessary experience and educational level.
· Written English – 80%
· English Reading skills – 90%
· Spoken English - desired
PHISICAL DEMANDS AND EVIRONMENT OF THE POSITION
· Person must be able to stand up, walk, seat, manipulate s of and tools that are less than＜30Kg, speak and listed.
WORK SCHEDULE
· As required by Align Technology and the position to meet all of our internal and external customers. Must be willing to work overtime (within local laws and regulations) to prepare all needed systems to run the operation and all facility preventive and corrective maintenance must be performed while the normal manufacturing operation is stopped during company holidays.
