職責(zé)描述：
1.Responsible for Quality Engineering assignments involving development of methods and processes to resolve related problems encountered in manufacturing cycle
2.Work with R&D to assure timely completion of FMEAs, Control Plans, and Engineering Data Sheets to meet customer requirements and specifications
3.Conduct problem solving and new program launches
4·Drive timely completion of NCMR process (Non Conforming Material Process)
5·Complete supplier corrective actions and drive to resolution to customer satisfaction
6·Document key quality processes to support manufacturing
7·Support test and inspection activities and provide technical support and guidance to employees
8·Participate, support and assist in Lean manufacturing events
9·Identify opportunities for improvement and implement timely solutions and processes
10·Responsible for quality improvement, margins management and cost reduction of existing products.
11·Acts as primary interface between customer and company for product support related to service, technical and quality issues.

任職要求：
1.Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Industrial or Textile Engineering. Other engineering fields considered if work experience is appropriate.
2.Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing environment - preferably Chemical or Textile
3.Certified Quality Engineer" (CQE) or similar preferred
4.Working knowledge of ISO 9000 Standards
5.Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma experience preferred
6.Must have knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiment) techniques
7.Extensive knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles, practices and procedures including understanding of manufacturing technologies
8.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
9.Must be available for occasional travel inside and outside China, especially to USA.
