崗位職責：1. 聚焦復雜場景下的圖像分割與旋轉(zhuǎn)框檢測算法，尤其是小目標識別性能優(yōu)化；2. 基于 C++ 等底層技術(shù)實現(xiàn)模型推理流程的加速部署，適配 GPU/NPU 等多種異構(gòu)計算平臺；3. 探索和推進大語言模型在 Text2SQL、知識庫問答等任務中的落地與優(yōu)化；4. 參與大語言模型的指令微調(diào)與領域適配，提升業(yè)務適應性；5. 持續(xù)關(guān)注前沿技術(shù)，推動關(guān)鍵算法的業(yè)務應用與迭代優(yōu)化；6. 負責相關(guān)圖像處理與識別算法的代碼實現(xiàn)、集成、測試與維護。任職要求：1. 碩士學歷，計算機、人工智能、電子信息、自動化等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2. 熟悉圖像分割、目標檢測（含旋轉(zhuǎn)框檢測）等常用算法，有處理小目標、復雜場景經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；3. 熟練掌握至少一種主流深度學習框架（如 PyTorch、TensorFlow），具備良好的模型訓練與調(diào)優(yōu)能力；4. 熟練掌握 Python 編程語言，能獨立完成模型開發(fā)、訓練、調(diào)優(yōu)及性能評估流程；5. 具備一定的 C++ 編程能力，了解模型推理流程，具備 CUDA 編程或異構(gòu)計算平臺部署經(jīng)驗（如 GPU/NPU）者優(yōu)先；6. 理解大語言模型基本原理，有實際參與 Text2SQL、知識問答系統(tǒng)、大模型微調(diào)等項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；7. 具備良好的工程實現(xiàn)能力，能夠獨立完成算法模塊的設計、集成、測試與性能優(yōu)化。
