Key Responsibilities:Assist the VP (Academic) in developing and implementing strategic plans.Assist the VP (Academic) in staffing and personnel reviews.Work closely with CityUHK counterparts on academic-related matters.Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials.Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to academic affairs.Monitor complex projects related to academic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.Effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to academic affairs.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned by the VP (Academic) to support the overall goals of the academic development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior administrative or project management role within a higher education setting.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.A commitment to the mission and values of CityUHK(Dongguan). 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試
