職位描述
（一）任職資格
1）本科及以上學歷，28--40歲之間，熟悉國際物流和保稅物流，5年以上市場營銷管理經(jīng)驗3年以上同行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
2）豐富的市場營銷知識和市場操作能力，對市場的運作狀況有準確的分析能力和較強的控制能力；
3）洞察力和邏輯思維能力強有一定的營銷思路和領導才能；
4）溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力好，能承受較大的壓力，適應經(jīng)常出差。
（二）崗位職責
1）組建并帶領區(qū)域銷售團隊，負責區(qū)域銷售工作，完成區(qū)域銷售業(yè)績指標；
2）規(guī)劃市場銷售渠道，開拓終端銷售網(wǎng)點，維護客情關系；
3）策劃區(qū)域內(nèi)終端推廣活動，協(xié)助客戶達成年度銷售任務；
4）及時了解同行業(yè)產(chǎn)品市場變化情況，定期向總公司提供所轄區(qū)域的市場狀況信息，為總公司的總體布局提供可靠的依據(jù)；
5）完善區(qū)域銷售組織架構，制定各崗位的工作標準，明確其職責權限；
